Highland Park is a newly construction 81-unit family community located in Dillsburg, York County, Pennsylvania. Located in a beautiful setting on a hillside with steep topography on the perimeter, DVDC and its professionals took great care in designing the site plan to respond to the protection of potential habitat areas for two different types of protected amphibians while maintaining a design that was conducive to the planned housing program. The end result is a community that both protects the potential habitat areas with a conservation easement and provides dramatic and pleasing curb appeal in a comfortable, livable setting for a residential community.
