Located just north of Pottstown in bucolic Upper Pottsgrove Township, Crossroads Apartments features 11 residential buildings containing two- and three-bedroom townhouse units, each with an individual garage. Prior to being purchased by DVDC, the Crossroads community had a previously stalled development plan. Running with that concept, DVDC took the project through to completion providing large, energy efficient units with a separate community building featuring a meeting room, kitchen, computer lab, space for the provision of supportive services, on-site management office, and tot lot.
