Cedar Woods is a newly constructed 76-unit community for general occupancy. It was started in spring of 2002 and completed in spring of 2003, several months ahead of schedule. Project funding sources included a PHFA Taxable Bond Loan, HOME and HTP funding from Chester County, PHFA Penn HOMES loan and Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity. The project was completed utilizing less than $40,000 of its contingency.
