Containing one-, two-and three-bedroom stacked flats, the architecture was designed to mimic a townhouse community. Construction closing was successfully achieved in November 2005 and construction was completed in one year. Project financing consisted of Maryland DHCD RHPP, conventional loan from Mellon Bank, and LIHTC equity.
