Delaware Valley Development Company’s first foray into affordable housing in Maryland, Magnolia Meadows was a new construction 99-unit affordable family community located in Easton, Maryland. With easy access to Rt. 50, Magnolia Meadows has a private drive and retains the tight-knit community atmosphere for which the eastern shore is so well known. The architecture of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom stacked flats is inspired by its Victorian neighbors. Project funding included Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) Rental Housing Partnership Program (RHP) funds and private funding from Mellon Bank. The project was completed on time and within its original budget.
