Meadowbridge Apartments utilized a diverse capital stack primarily funded by 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity to execute the substantial rehabilitation of 104 two-bedroom apartments. The redevelopment was comprehensive and included rebuilding the exteriors of the units, replacing electrical and plumbing, renovating kitchens and bathrooms, and replacing windows and doors. Breezeways were enclosed and apartments were enlarged, with the redevelopment resulting in a safer community with an improved quality of life for Meadowbridge residents.
