The Carvel Gardens redevelopment project included the substantial rehability of the existing Carvel Gardens rental community. Owned by Better Homes of Laurel, Inc., DVDC was brought in as a constultant to manage the redevelopment of Carvel Gardens. The existing buildings received all new plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, drywall and finishes, appliances, windows, and doors. In addition, a new community center and office were constructed on-site.
