Project Description
Meadowbridge Apartments is a substantial rehabilitation of 104 two-bedroom apartments. The redevelopment was comprehensive, and included rebuilting the exteriors of the units, replacing electrical and plumbing, renovating kitchens and bathrooms, and replacing windows and doors. Breezeways were enclosed and apartments were enlarged, with the redevelopment of the site resulting in a safer community with an improved quality of life for Meadowbridge residents.
