Project Description
Laurel Woods is a 59-unit residential infill project located along a major street in the Minooka neighborhood in the City of Scranton, Lackawanna County. The community is designed wtih 30 residential buildings in twin-style units, an architectural style that draws from the varied existing housing in the neighborhood. The development also features a separate community building containing a meeting room, kitchen, computer lab, common laundry, and on-site management office and maintenance. Other amenities include open space, lanscaped gardens, tot lot, and 24-hour management presence.
