Project Description
Claymont Street Apartments was an occupied 29-unit apartment building owned and manages by Connections CSP, Inc. DVDC acted as a consultant for Connections, acquiring funding to improve the community. As part of the redevelopment, a new community room with a kitchenette, computer stations, security system, and Wi-Fi accessibility for all was added. Other site amenities included an on-site management office, brick and stucco exterior, fully equipped kitchens including dishwasher and disposal, in-unit washer and dryer, spacious floor plans, and individually controlled central air conditioning and heat.
