Project Description
Stony Run is a newly constructed 72-unit affordable community for general occupancy in North East, Maryland. The project achieved a timely closing in September 2007 and construction was completed in winter of 2008. Sources of funding include a construction/permanent loan from Citibank, Maryland DHCD RHPP, DHCD Partnership Rental Housing Program (PRHP) and LIHTC equity.
