Spring Oaks - Delaware Valley Development Company

When DVDC initially became involved with Spring Oaks it was part of the Willow Grove parcel. Much of the history of the parcel can be found on that page. When the Delaware Department of Transportation began construction on DE-Rt. 1, however, the new highway bisected the property, creating two separate parcels.

DVDC was instrumental in getting an approved plan for a 246 townhome subdivision. The property is now owned by Landmark Homes, with construction to begin soon. Information about the townhomes is available here.
