Project Description
Crossroads is a 49-unit new construction project located near Rt. 100 in Upper Pottsgrove Township. The site had previous approvals for townhomes that had never been built due to an economic downturn. Purchased as an REO property, the Crossroads project was subject to a Settlement Agreement that stipulated a site plan and certain architectural and engineering details, including the realignment of Cross Road. In all, Crossroads features eight clusters of units spread over two road loops with a significant amount of open space. The financing for the project was provided by tax credit equity, convential construction and permanent loans through Wells Fargo, and an award of HOME funds from Montgomery County.
